You will need to email the following information to the MyQuiltBlog Registrar:

1.  Your name

2.  Your desired username (used for logging in)

3.  The email address to be used for your blog account  (your password and verification email will be sent to this email address so make sure it is one that you check regularly).

4.  A secret question and answer to be used for password recovery, should you ever forget it.  Example:  Q: "What is the name of your favorite pet?" / A: "Rover"
