Wednesday, April 26, 2006 - Projects Galore... Happy Wednesday

Happy Wednesday!!

First blog here.. More to follow.  Today is a day off and I have alot to accomplish.  I thought I might share my projects with all of you as I move through my day.  Project #1 today is EJ's Graduation Quilt.  I will be finishing up the blocks as soon as I cut the last strips of black.
This quilt was started in a class that I took locally where we cut out fabrics for two quilts.. one small, childsize and one larger, adult size.  The small quilts were donated to the local CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) and Corvallis Police to aid in the recovery of young children from Meth homes.
Here is an article that tells more about the class and cause and the quilt I made for donation.

So today I work on Quilt 2.. for EJ's high school graduation...
More later.. as I progress.... grannab
