Someone asked for pictures of this pattern - hope this helps. The first "football" of my Diamond Ring circle. The first completed circle of the quilt.  The pattern calls for the quilt to be 8x9 but I will do 9x10.

I just started my Diamond Ring quilt.  I have the first row completely cut out and all lines are drawn.  We are going on a trip this weekend, so I'm hoping I get most of the first row completed.

I have finished my last Christmas quilt for this year.    I can't believe the tops are done.  Now I must send the last 3 to my quilter so I can have them completely finished for this Christmas season.

I have completed all 12 blocks for my  last quilt for Christmas.  I just need to piece together the rows and such and then I can take a picture of it, post it here, and then mail off the last 3 quilts to be quilted.  After that, quilting will be on hold for a bit - I've kinda burned myself out of piecing.  On another note, I have been hand-quilting a quilt I pieced by hand.  It's something different to do at night while watching TV with DH.  I have not gotten far on it, but I hope I can get it done in the next year.  Have a blessed day!!!!

I didn't get to work on the last Christmas quilt today as I have a little girl sick.  She didn't get to go to school, so I have been doing other things around the house.  I hope to work on the quilt later this week, but we will have to see what is going on with the kiddos.

Finished Quilt Top Number 5!  Main fabric for quilt number 6... Additional fabric for quilt number 6.... Only one more to go and then I am finished with the quilt tops.  Will have to send the last three off to be quilted.....

I started piecing quilt number 5 today.  Finished 7 of the 12 blocks needed.  Only 5 more blocks to go.   As far as the question about what stage of the quilt I'm at:  I'm doing the tops.  DH has an aunt that quilts them for me.  I will have to ship the last 3 to her.

Got some things done today, but the main thing is getting quilt number 5 cut out.  DH had never seen me rotary cut a quilt out before - new experience for him.    He didn't realize it could take a couple of hours - but now he knows. Also, I have been working on some scrapbook pages for my children's great-grandparents.  A couple of years ago, I did scrapbooks for them of my children, but they needed updating.  All the pictures I need are printed out and ready to be placed on pages - just have to get the juice flowing to get them done. I have finished quilt 4 of 6 quilts for Christmas, but I have not taken a picture of it yet.  And yes, I fixed my mistake on it - I just couldn't leave it - the quilt didn't look right. Hopefully next Tuesday I will be able to cut out quilt 5.  I will try to get a pic of the finished top and fabric for the next one posted soon.

I was just about finished with my 4th quilt when I noticed a mistake on it.  I sewed a row wrong, and I found it after I had one of two borders connected.  ARGH!!!!  So I am not touching it until next Tuesday unless I am ripping out seams.  Oh well.......

I started working on quilt #4 for Christmas, and I completed 5 of the 12 blocks before I had to go and get my kiddos.  It felt great working on the quilt, so I can't wait until Thursday night so I can work on it some more.

Using this fabric and blockcentral.com's 2003 BOM series, I plan on starting this Christmas gift this Tuesday.  The quilt is cut out, and lines are drawn - just need to sew it all together.    And with DH going out of town a couple of days, I should be able to get some done at night as well.

Yesterday was a great day - I actually got to work on some quilt blocks and got caught up on the Block Party Surprise and did the block for September (my month to chose). Now the plan is every Tuesday morning will be "Mommy's morning".  Just a few hours a week to do something I want to do - mainly work on Christmas quilts right now.  Have a blessed day, ya'll!!!!

The fabric picked for quilt number 3 for Christmas gifts.  Using the 2003 Block of the Month Series pattern from BlockCentral.com, the quilt is as follows: Not sure about this one, but green is the favorite color of the nephew.
