Thursday, December 14, 2006 - Hi Everyone!

Did you notice I was gone?! LOL! I have been so incredibly busy that in my downtime I'm so tired I just don't have energy to do much of anything!  Downtime would be from about 11:00 at night till 5:00 the next morning though! LOL! I haven't even been sewing {gasp!} and am mad at the lack of doing so because I can't send my brother his quilt for Christmas! Instead he's getting a framed multi picture frame of his family - he's not one to do it himself! LOL! My family pictures are probably still in the same bowl they were in on his coffee table 2 years ago! LOL!  So needless to say I had done so much last year and I feel guilty for not doing it this year, so life will still go on right?! I hope you're all able to get yours done though! Michelle

Hi Michelle, glad you are back. I think we all get really busy like that once in awhile. It will all slow down for you soon and you can get back to sewing. I am leaving for Indiana and Texas tomorrow so I will be away from my machines for almost 3 weeks. I think I am going to have withdrawals. lol. Hope I survive.
You and your family have a Merry Christmas.

there just isn't enough time in a day to get things done, I have so many patterns I want to do but I know I won't get to them all.
So don't worry everyon is in the same boat,,,,
You have a wonderful Christmas ,,,,

Hey Michelle--don't worry things will calm down soon. Also don't feel guilty about not getting as much done this year. I think we're all in the same boat. I stress when I don't get as accomplished as I think I should have but I am learning that there's nothing you can do but get through the hustle and bustle of one day at a time!! Wishing you and your family a wonderful Christmas! We're slowly but surely getting settled in our new house but I do have the Christmas decorations up!! I didn't get my MIL's quilt done either and I feel bad about that but I'll send it after the holidays. Lots of hugs :) Julie

Hi Michelle, that is Minkie on the side and on the back. It is not hard to quilt you just have to be very careful not to stretch it.

Have a happy new year.
